Add text in here to provide prospects with an insight into your admissions policy.

What care categories are you registered for? Remember, many reading this section may be looking for care for the first time, so its worth explaining what the category/categories mean and what they need to consider to understand which is right for them or their family member.

Do you offer any specialist care, such as Dementia care? Again, please try and explain a little about what you do so that prospects can really understand whats on offer and the benefits to them or their loved one.

A great opportunity to really shout about the various facilities and services your home offers, why this is a benefit and why this sets you apart from the competition!

During this very challenging time, it is essential that you provide prospect residents, their families and care professionals with the reassurances they need that you home offers a safe environment. It is easy to go onto great detail into all aspects of what precautions, actions and processes you have taken but be careful not to write too much (that won't necessarily be read!) but cover the main areas that may be of concern. You can go into far more detail when they get in touch - they are likely to have many questions then.
